More about the art:

"Lilith is an alternate origin story regarding Eden and the divine couple that was excluded from the testament consciously by its editors. The tale is that of a power struggle between the masculine and feminine, which at that point in time favored the power of the female over male. Adam, God's beloved creation became depressed with Lilith, never being allowed to take a dominant role. His inability to cope left him immobilized, and this displeased God to the point of challenging Lilith's position over him. Being true to herself and her power, Lilith refused to lay beneath Adam and was ultimately expelled from Eden because of it, cast out to the desert as a demoness.

It was then that Eve was fashioned from the rib of Adam, borne as a subordinate to man. This marked an entirely new paradigm in the evolution of man, a fall from grace and the support of the mother, into a world propelled by darkness and hardship. Some view this shift as a bad intentioned transference of power and officiation of patriarchy, but this explanation assumes the establishment of a societal form of thinking long before characterizations were being made on earth. An alternate perspective is that this phase shift was entirely created by natural causes, and a necessary step in our apotheosis. During our animal ancestry, the feminine reigned supreme, and males were completely subject to their power, competing with one another for a chance to commune at the altar.

Changes in our environment catalyzed a giant transformation in our social organization and way of living on Earth. Harsh weather moved us from our Eden into a traveling species overcoming new obstacles on a daily basis. It was simply time for the reign of the masculine, celebration of the expendable. We now find ourselves in yet another phase shift, and as it approaches Lilith has reemerged from her exile, to once again become a force of power in the world, a leader of the sacred feminine. We know not where we are headed, but have been told stories of the age of the universal androgyny, a perfect pairing of both masculine and feminine forces. " ~ Adam One
